Shipping Policy

Our team typically dedicates 3-5 business days to preparing and dispatching orders. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays, so please factor this in when anticipating delivery times.

 

It's worth noting that during particularly busy sales periods or holiday seasons, it is advisable to allow for a little extra processing time to ensure your order is prepared to its usual high standard.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Notes x Skye, we inspect all of our products with great care before they are shipped to you. Unfortunately, because of the type of products we sell such as candles, candle melts, and room mists, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on these items.

 

However, if your product is damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement or refund. To make this happen, simply submit photographic evidence of the damage within seven days of receiving your package.
