Expecting

At Notes x Skye, we inspect all of our products with great care before they are shipped to you. Unfortunately, because of the type of products we sell such as candles, candle melts, and room mists, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on these items. However, if your product is damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement or refund. To make this happen, simply submit photographic evidence of the damage within seven days of receiving your package.

Orders are typically prepared and sent out within a timeframe of 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. It is recommended to allot more time for processing during busy sales periods or holidays.
